The emulsifying gas, Nitrous Oxide, not only whips and propels the cream but it acts as a natural anti-biotic. This means that gas-whipped cream can last for 10 days in a fridge.
Ideal for whipped cream making at home.
Not for commercial use. Not dishwasher-proof - hand-wash only.
